Oh, the panic we felt as we pulled into our site at the At Rivers Edge RV Park and had no electricity to run our Mom’s oxygen tank. Host, Mike, gave us a card for RV Mobile Repair and Service. I had a very difficult to solve electrical issue with my 12 volt system. I had been to five other RV service people and they couldn’t help. Joe had diagnosed the issue within minutes. (He also happened to mention that one of his previous jobs was reviewing electrical projects for nuclear power plants — no wonder!) They also only charge for the time it should take to do the job, do what they say they’re going to do, communicate well, and are great to work with. I recommend them without reservation.

After driving 320 miles, we arrived at Harris Beach State Park only to find our LP quick connect for our outside barbeque had dropped from underneath our 4 month old fifth wheel and had been dragging on the road for who knows how many miles.

This is an awesome company (Joe/Jodie)….I love love love their style, communication and fantastic service. You get your rig fixed plus, they take the time to actually educate you along the way. They show up on time and really care.
Jodie, one of the certified RV mechanics is actually a horticulturist as well. So if your your garden/plants need help, like mine did, you may want to consider hiring her as a caring consultant. I just mention this because she gave me a wonderful walk-thru of my garden and just offered up great info…so I am advocating on her behalf :)))
In summary, hire them, your rig will love you!

Second review for RV Mobile Repair and Service (Joe / Jodie). The day they had repaired my rig, later that evening I was in Brookings, OR (approx 20 minutes from my home), pulled into Fred Meyers only to find out that I could not restart my rig. This was an issue completely separate of what they had worked on.
This was later in the evening, after business hours when I called to see if by chance, they could help me. I called, they actually answered the phone, came right out to help me, they had it diagnosed before they even opened the hood. Joe told me it was probably a loose battery terminal. That is exactly what it was…hallelujah! AND they did not even charge me.
How’s that for service!! If you are looking for a company that you can trust, are communicative, care and are reasonably priced – then you must give them call. They are wonderful people.

I can’t say enough good things about Joe and Jodi! When the water heater went out on our brand new 5th wheel, 435 miles from home, we weren’t sure what to do and who to call. Sure, we were covered under the warranty but we still had to find someone to come out to us or drive another day to an RV repair place. Luckily, we found RV Mobile Repair and Joe and Jodi. They ordered the part we needed and were out a day earlier than promised to fix it. They know what they’re doing, are very reasonably priced, and are just nice people. As newbies to the whole trailering thing I feel we have found a valuable resource in Joe and Jodi.
